The study is designed to study the insights of internet and mobile banking from Pakistan's perspective, as a strategy adopted by banks to improve customer satisfaction, convenience security, profit maximization thereby increasing shareholders' value etc. The study includes an analysis of peoples' perception towards internet and mobile banking, the quality of internet services being provided, security concerns, level of trust, and the constraints for not adopting internet or mobile banking.
