The idea of this research is related to comprehensive understandings of the critical factors and reasons that led Atlas Bank Limited to shelve T-24 Banking software without being implemented.
This report portrays a detailed analysis and working of T-24 Banking software and its implementation and time line procedures. Purpose of this research report is to find out the flaws that could lead to the failure of this gigantic project. I have no intention to blame any individual or group, teams or vendor for the failure of this project despite making huge investment in infrastructure and human resource.
