Executive Summary
This project determine factors that could impact the rejection of avionics housing mechanical boxes only. It assess whether the rejections are caused by humans or machines. Methodology note: A questionnaire in the form of interviews of professionals from the field of work functioning in concerned area of work. Inspection reports are generated for each product and questionnaires were also filled by machine shop and assembly line workers.
