Executive Summary

The purpose of research was to study how to develop a Business Plan to Offer Mortgage Loan through Estate Agents. Real Estate Agents play a key role in the Home Loan market. This is because they are an important acquisition channel & they are the ones who are out there in the middle of things interacting with customers regularly. They are aware of what customer needs and desires are. This is the untapped channel and has not been utilized to its potential.

Currently banks are using this more as a lead generation channel and less as an acquisition channel.
