Executive Summary
The research reported in this article was on Taysal Bank strategies to be a leading bank". The purpose of research was to highlight the strategies of Faysal Bank, how to get competitive advantage among its peer banks, how to develop Faysa! Bank business model and how to implement these models on the Faysal Bank to get competitive advantage from others.
Banking Industry overview, Industry Analysis, challenges. Banking performance in Pakistan, Financial Analysis of Faysal Bank and Department wise performance has been sketched in this project through usage of different graphs, chart and tables. The secondary data was collected by consultation of literature in the libraries and Internet, The primary data was gathered by having telephonic interviews with the concerned officers and flotation of questionnaires.
The research also highlighted the alarming and concerned issues of Faysal Bank which must be resolved to make sure its healthy and competitive performance in the sector.
