Executive Summary
The function of this feasibility is to recognize the best tank terminal proposal & operation configuration as well as to assure that the proposed terminal project is economically reasonable on the basis of current market analysis & future demand with acceptable choice of environmental impact. To be used within library premises Methodology: For research purpose, questionnaire (attached in appendix 2) was used & several concerned people & institutions were interviewed. Also regional Karachi offices of Attock Petroleum limited in Forum Clifton & National refinery limited was also visited to get primary information related to the project.
