Executive Summary
As authorized to me by Mr. Saleem Umer - Director EMBA Programme at IBA Karachi, this report reveals the impact on the working style of MES due to different factors such as motivation, ownership of base, right man to the right work, efficiency improvement measures etc which are the root causes of deterrence of a positive image of MES at every military base..
While viewing the report you will see that MES at every military base has low level of motivational stuff due to which the working of MES Staff is faced reluctance, which gives rise to negative feelings regarding MES.
As you come across the first section of the report you will observe that I have mentioned the brief introduction of MES as general and challenges faced by MES. In the second part the literature review is added to give the reference of a general idea towards how to minimize the factors involving deficiency in working, and lastly I have added my concluding remarks, the performance analysis via feedback questionnaire I have conducted and the recommendations I have offered which will sum up my report and display to you a complete picture of what the prospects of MES at any military base is all about.
