The core objective of this research is to get customer's insight on needs and attitude with particular emphasis on pricing towards Broadband service in Pakistan. The study is to determine the demographic profile of broadband users in Pakistan, the ideal price of broadband for the average broadband consumer for three different speeds, to gauge the importance of price in the mind of the average broadband consumer as compared to other attributes of internet packages, and to check market share of the various internet service providers. To be used within library premises Methodology: The secondary data was taken from PTA's website, focus group discussion was conducted with 15 participants in IGI office which helped in developing questionnaire.
