Considering the ever growing Pakistani population, the basic demand of housing has also rapidly increased. The need and urge to live in one's owned home rather than a rented one and that too in joint femily system is the dream of almost every Pakistani national. Moreover, the individuals are getting wise enough to understand that the property prices have exponentially appreciated and that now they do have an option of becoming a home owner by paying a little more as installment payments over a stretched period of time while as opposed to paying little now rent and not owning that asset or its intrinsic value which would provide permanent proof for their future generations. Besides this, since youth is more and more inclined towards Culture, where they prefer living separately instead of living in a joint family system. now our Western thus this has led to an increase in demand of mortgage loans financing from banks and financial institutions.
