Executive Summary

The purpose of this research paper is to identify whether customer gives preferences while selecting a service provider? Either their selection criteria are same or differ among different age groups?. This research has been conducted in a small area of Karachi Admin Society. Different private banks have been viewed for this purpose. Although, this research may give a look at micro level but it might be beneficial at macro level as well. Program: EMBA Photocopying is prohibited. To be used within library premises Methodology: The data were collected through a structured survey. A structured questionnaire was consisted of 15 questions.
