Executive Summary

banking is a dominant industry in Pakistan now a day. There are so many private banks competing in a market therefore availability of switching from one bank to another bank is very easy and common for customers which really gives a tough time to top executives of banking industry.

'Thus, it is imperative for management to keep eye on customer's demand and customer's preferences for electing a bank and make them loyal for an organization. Ongoing monitoring and research on changing behavior of consumer may provide a sustainable competitive advantage over competitors.

'This research has been conducted in a small area of Karachi namely Karachi Admin Society. Different private 'banks have been viewed for this purpose. Although, this research may give a look at micro level but it might beneficial at macro level as well.
