As the project report title suggests, it is undeniable that sales & Marketing are integral parts of any Business Entity.
After being assigned the duties starting January 2012 of Director Sales & Business Marketing it was decided that the existing sales and marketing systems implemented in Qaim Automotive Mfg. Pvt. Ltd were not in line with the vision and mission of the company's long-term strategy. This required immediate remedial action plan after observing and critically analyzing the situation.
