Executive Summary
This work aims to find out the major challenges that the freelancers working in Pakistan encounter alongside the opportunities that they have. Freelancing or self-employment is increasingly seen as a career choice by people looking for more autonomy or a flexible work schedule the world over. The scope of this work is the freelancing industry of Pakistan. Methodology: Both primary and secondary data was collected for the purpose of this study. Primary data was collected through self-administrated questionnaires. The secondary data used for the purpose of this study comprised of published articles from known journals, Books, and reports compiled by known organizations and government bodies.
