The project is basically about up-grading vendor evaluation system ongoing in PSMCL or re-designing a total new system for PSMCL vendors. It was required to understand perspectives of vendors and employees with respect to vendor evaluation system and get their requirements. The main objective of research is to carry out the gap analysis between both types of stakeholders of vendor evaluation system and suggest and suggest changes to be incorporated in new system. The suggestion/ recommendations will tried to be best acceptable by both of the parties. Methodology:The research is mainly exploratory and is conducted through interviews from stakeholders including vendors, functional head of different divisions of PSMCL including supply chain, research & development, production, and quality. Questionnaires were also designed.
