Executive Summary

This paper tries to explore the potential untapped markets for eni Pakistan Ltd and the possible business opportunities that it may consider in the future. In the current dynamic business market, every entity has to continuously struggle and stretch itself to enter into the unexplored ventures and business opportunities. This is the only key to attain sustainability in this ever-changing global arena.

eni Pakistan Limited is going through a very critical stage at the moment, whereby, after four years, the production is expected to reduce to onc-fouith of what is the current production of the company. Therefore, there is an utmost need to think out of the box and devise strategies that would ensure long term sustainability of the company. This paper tries to establishes a set of prospective strategies for eni Pakistan Ltd, after consultation & interviews with certain key personnel in the company. The key element of all these strategies would be to identify and enter into the currently untapped markets in the country.
