The strategic advice and the monitoring activities of VCs promote . It is a fact that business and help them to charge their growth potential in more convenient way VCs are simply more successful in selecting the more promising firms in the pool of all startups. The screening and advising activities of experts related to venture capital play a vital role m the performance of the companies or businesses. (Same on the ground) About 50 percent of the extra performance of VC backed firms is due to the advisory support of venture capital firms, and the rest to their screening activities.
