Executive Summary
Pakistan is facing a severe challenge on the energy front. Industrial growth coupled with population rise has caused a heightened demand in energy. As has been the unfortunate history of the country, lack of strategic decision making and structured policy initiative by inefficient governments, has delayed development much to the cost of industry and the exchequer.
The project briefs about the increase of gas supply in Pakistan will be a major initiative by various stakeholders, it would be fruitful to have a closer look at the operational efficiencies of the gas companies & look for possibilities for improvement to reduce losses & thereby add to the fuel system in the immediate short time.
