Executive Summary
Organization’s success depends on various aspect in which the most important is retain of skilled and experienced employees. Therefore organizations put forward lot of efforts to keep employees motivated, engaged and satisfied with their jobs. These strategies helps employer to retain their human resource for maximum period of time and results in high employee retention.
The research is about to study the impact of career growth and compensation on employee turnover focusing the electronic media channels of Pakistan. Through the survey technique I tried to find existing gaps in HR Policies. And based on these gaps, the researcher put forward some recommendations to fill out these highlighted gaps in the system.
The data collected from research sample (65) proved that the compensation is the major factor for high turnover, at average 52% raised were seen when individual joined another channel. Through correlation testing, it is also proved that there is a positive relationship exist between career growth and employee retention.
