The study will focus on examining the graduates and graduating student intentions towards self employment by having small or mediocre startups, also investigate how family encouragement and demographic factors will affects the people attitude.

Executive Summary

This survey is conducted from BBA,EMBA and MBA students and alumni of IBA Karachi. 109 students and alumni have participated in the survey. Primary and secondary data have been collected. Both qualitative and quantitative data analysis has been done using SPSS 20.
