Executive Summary
Parents, peers, professors and web trends have a strong impact on students’ career decision making10. These factors can impel them into making the wrong career choices. Most students tend to display unsatisfactory performance when they choose their career under external influences11. Career counselling shares attributes with therapeutic counselling suggesting, and it encourages engagement in work and education, which may have health benefits as well12. However, when people are working in an environment that doesn't fit well with their personalities it causes depression, stress, incompetence, job-hopping and unfulfilling life.
