Executive Summary
Health professionals are like the vital organs of the entire health territory and accounting the knowledge of functionality about their potential skills to cater to the salty circumstances is crucial to keep the entire system running at optimum level. This level of performance is crucial for the system and its components to run and grow effectively both personally and professionally. The current study has not only enabled the health workforce to assess themselves on given criteria in the particular hypothetical situations that also helped them create awareness about the significance of these aspects but it has brought up their perception on inter professional education that in turn can help rouse up the importance of Inter professional Education and training in health institutes.
