Executive Summary
Productivity is an extremely vital issue for an organization. There are many factors on which corporation’s productivity principally depends upon. Employee’s turnover is one of them that is considered to be one of the difficult problems in business today. The impact of turnover has received significant attention from senior management, human resources professionals, and industrial psychologists. It’s well-tried to be one among the foremost expensive and apparently untamed human resource challenges endeavor by many organizations globally. The aim of this analysis is thus, to seek out the particular reasons behind turnover and its damaging effects on the productivity of various industries; its negative effects and attainable recommendations that might be useful to the native industries for his or her productivity and market share.
