Executive Summary
In a country where the mental health of employees is highly ignored, mostly stigmatized area. The review of the literature and the depth of the topic indicated the need for indigenous and intensive research in this particular area This particular topic has been chosen because psychological well-being, especially for employees, is one of the most neglected areas in Pakistan and we are still feeling ashamed regarding talking about it . Organizational behavior has its own importance when we talk about Organization. This study aims to gain a better understanding of the relationships between Organizational behavior, Organizational Commitment and Self Esteem.
