The International Conference on Information and Communication Technologies (ICICT) is a research conference that aims to capture the new wealth of research initiated by scholars inducted by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan to enhance the interaction of local and overseas scientists and to foster tangible focus on problems related to the socio-economic uplift of the nation. This conference is the only forum of its kind in Pakistan that brings together technical and business related issues pertaining to Information and Communications Technologies. The Faculty of Computer Science at IBA organized its first broad based, multi-topic, fully reviewed international conference in 2005. So far, there have been 8 conferences, held every 2 years. This collection is a centralized resource for all the ICICT conferences organized by the Institute of Business Administration.
