Description
The attached document is the program on the opening ceremony of evening classes, a list of attendees, and a welcome address by Chief Advisor G. Wright Hoffman. On the occasion of the opening ceremony of the evening classes, Institute of Public and Business Administration, University of Karachi, Iskander Mirza, President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, attended the ceremony as a Guest speaker on August 12, 1958.
