Description
The attached correspondence consists of email exchanges, and teleprinter messages on Grant-in-Aid received for the establishment of the Institute of Business Administration during the period 1966-67. The document also provides information on technical assistance to the Institute of Business Administration from USAID, Pakistan, under contractual arrangements between USAID, Pakistan, and the University of Pennsylvania from 1955 to 1959.
