Description
The letter from Malik Abdul Latif Khan, Secretary to the Chancellor, addressed to the Vice-Chancellor of six universities, one of which being University of Karachi.
Context
This letter was sent to the Universities which fall under the governance of the Government of West Karachi's Education Department.
It regards to a change in methodology when commencing future development projects in order to avoid funding issues
