Description
Attached is the correspondence document from the members of the Pakistani Faculty at the Institute of Public and Business Administration to the Chief Advisor and Coordinator, University of Karachi-University of Pennsylvania Project.
The purpose of this communication is on conferment of the status of an "Authority" on the institute and the delegation of adequate powers to it in pursuance thereof as envisaged in section-19 of the Institute of Public and Business Administration, University of Karachi's proposed "Five Year Plan".
