Commodore Ejaz Chaudhri, Chairman CEST; Excellences; Distinguished Guests; Ladies and Gentlemen: As-Salam-o-Alaikum and Good Day. I would first of all like to thank Commodore Ejaz for inviting me to this function to say a few words to this distinguished audience on the occasion of Remembrance Sunday. We are gathered here today to pay homage to military martyrs who sacrificed their lives over the last two centuries, fighting as part of the armed forces of their respective countries, some of whom lie buried in this cemetery.
