Description

The topic of this Conference “Micro-Economic Foundations of Economic Policy Performance in Asia” is both relevant and timely for South Asian Policy makers and researchers. I am pleased that I am able to share my thoughts with this august gathering about the microeconomic policy reforms in Pakistan with which I was associated for the past eight years. Having the interests of a researcher and academic at the same time I have chosen to present an analytical narrative of Pakistan’s reform episode. T
