Abstract / Description

The theme for the second panel of the day was infrastructure and economic development. Illyas Bhatti, President of the Bhatti Group and formerly the Commissioner Metropolitan District Commission in Boston moderated the panel. The moderator pointed out that the panel was designed to cover a very large array of issues which spanned questions of infrastructure--or the physical stock of Pakistan.
