Abstract / Description

This is very much a meeting in which we aim to get a meeting of minds on the appropriateness of an Interagency Learning Group, priorities, networking arrangements, and proposed activities. In our letter of invitation, we mentioned that the idea of an Interagency Learning Group emerged from a World Bank-sponsored workshop on participation in May 1994. The first order of business should be to get to know each other better in terms of what each agency at the table is doing to support participation and understand better the strengths and limitations of participatory approaches.
