Abstract
CSR Significance in Corporate world is growing, CSR is becoming compulsory for social development and sustainable growth of business. This study test the impact of CSR on financial performance of banks in Pakistan, which has been a long and contentious talk in research with contentious conclusions in prior empirical studies. The work covers data of fourteen Pakistani banks from 2008 to 2022 with core focus of CSR on FP and FS relationship. The result suggest that CSR has significant negative relationship with ROE and ROA but insignificant negative relationship with Z-Score. The findings highlight key aspects for policy makers.
