Abstract
This research examines the perceptions, availability, and utilization of menstruation-related commodities in Karachi for females aged between 15 and 49 years. The effect of the genderbased pricing of menstrual products, popularly known as "Pink Tax", be particularly analyzed. It is clear from the findings that menstrual hygiene is determined by a combination of factors, resulting in considerable inequalities to its accessibility. Knowledge of gender-based pricing is relatively unknown because the high costs associated with menstrual products are viewed as normal market conditions among consumers in Karachi, Pakistan.
