Description
The 2020 IBA Career Development Center (CDC) Newsletter (January–June) highlights the department's transition to virtual career services and student support during the COVID-19 pandemic. Key achievements include hosting the annual IBA Career Fair with over 120 partner companies and 4,000 student attendees. To facilitate remote learning and employability, the CDC launched "The Insight Forum" for professional grooming, conducted online mock interviews for 145 students, and disseminated approximately 400 job and internship opportunities via digital channels. Additional highlights include the execution of 39 experiential learning projects, the completion of the Nielsen Academy program, and the publication of an online graduate directory for over 745 students.
