Description
The January–June 2023 edition of the IBA Career Development Center Newsletter highlights a landmark period of academic integration, career readiness, and recruitment mobilization. The issue spotlights a record-breaking semester for the Experiential Learning Projects (ELP), which successfully placed 409 final-semester BBA and BS-Accounting & Finance students across 56 projects with 109 partner companies. It details high-impact student engagement events, including Career Fair 2023—which hosted over 170 companies and 4,000 attendees—alongside more than 80 on-campus recruitment events and the U.S. Graduate Studies Fair. Additionally, the publication showcases structured professional development through the Maverick Mentorship Program for graduating students and the expansion of industry alliances via several newly signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
