The Career Fair is held each year by the efforts of the IBA Alumni and Placement Society with the help of the management at the IBA Karachi, to help provide both corporate companies as well as emerging ventures with the chance to engage with the diverse community of the Institute.

The IBA Career Fair serves as the perfect avenue for prospective employers to scout for the best talent and bring on board the best employees for their organizations.The event also features career counseling which gives the students an opportunity to interact with industry experts regarding their career exploration and development on a one-on-one basis.
