Abstract
This project is a qualitative study on the concept of Nazar, it explores different sectarian beliefs about what Nazar is, the protective and curative practices that one can do to protect. The rationale behind this project is to better the understanding of Nazar as there is not much existing literature or formal introductions to the concept. The themes it hopes to touch on are vulnerability, intentionality and discrepancies if any amongst sects.
