Abstract / Summary

The world today is not the same as before. The advent of emerging and new technologies has deeply affected the way. Every type of information reaches through websites to a certain audience and how it is perceived by that audience. The question arises that the websites are strong in terms of usability? This review report analyses the various aspects in which usability techniques are used and helps in achieving customer’s the objectives. The limitations of this research report are that all the findings have been made on the basis of secondary research. There is less evidence of quantitative data to support the arguments. The report will be useful to those individuals (especially developed) who want to evaluates the websites by using usability techniques.
