Abstract
This literature explains the development of the Integrated Marketing Intelligence System for E-Commerce with Explainable AI addressing key challenges within e-commerce. This system includes predictive analytics, marketing optimization, and explainable AI techniques. Such integration should produce actionable insights from the following analyses: sales forecasting, customer behavior, and optimizing marketing spend. It uses a state-of-the-art machine learning model, the SHAP for interpretability, and strong data pipelines to grow not only the efficiency of operation but also the quality of strategic decisions. In this report, the aims and methodologies that outline its implementation are explained. A presentation of results and further scalability is explained.
