Abstract
This report presents the development and completion of an intelligent chatbot for IBA. The chatbot leverages Microsoft Copilot technology to assist various stakeholders, including students, faculty, alumni, administrative staff, and prospective students, by providing instant and accurate responses to their queries.
The primary aim of the project was to enhance user experience and streamline information dissemination processes. The project successfully addressed the initial challenges and delivered a robust solution, meeting all functional and non-functional requirements as outlined in the mid-semester progress report.
