The project focuses on Leveraging Machine Learning for Customer Segmentation, Targeting, and Management: A Strategy for Enhancing Marketing Effectiveness and Business Growth.

Customer segmentation, targeting, and management through the application of machine learning (ML) models have emerged as influential strategies for businesses seeking to optimize their marketing endeavors and elevate customer engagement. This approach is particularly valuable for diverse entities such as businesses, organizations, startups, and customer-centric enterprises aiming to gain insights into customer behavior and lifecycle patterns. Such insights are instrumental in achieving top-line revenue growth and maximizing profits within their customer base.

To effectively comprehend customer behavior, characteristics, and predict target niches and categories, businesses require progressive strategies and continuous improvement. This project focuses on developing a robust ML model designed to facilitate each user's transition into a "Power User." This involves the strategic allocation and implementation of resources tailored to the identified cluster of users, thereby driving business growth. Additionally, the model aids in cultivating a resilient user base, steering the company towards sustained profitability and patterned business growth. The proposed strategy aims to provide businesses with a comprehensive understanding of their customers, enabling them to optimize their resources and foster long-term success in an evolving market landscape.
