This is considered as the Big Data era. Many companies are moving towards it because of the hype it has generated among the market. Data are being continuously generated which are in the form of structured and unstructured and depending on the nature of data, it is then decided which tools should be used and which Big Data technology should be applied on it for analysis.
In this we are going to discuss the Big Data related technologies and how the data are usually captured using which method and Big Data tools. Some of the leading E-Commerce giant’s case studies are also discussed like Adidas, Walmart and Amazon how these industries have transformed their data into insights by using different methods of Big Data analysis using their presence on social media or by using mobile analytics they have transformed the E-Commerce industries.
Also how Big Data Analytics have transformed the South Korean economy with the help of government support and their industries have adapted to it. Dealing with Big Data is not easy and it has its own challenges which needs to be catered before it can give the analysis. So the challenges related to Big Data Analytics in E-Commerce are discussed in length and what will be the future work of Big Data analytics are also discussed which can further strengthen this sector.
Big Data Analytics has emerged as the new leading innovator in the E-Commerce industries and it has created many opportunities in that sector alone. These opportunities were not created overnight as there were many unique obstacles which needed to be overcome like training of employees, staffing and privacy concerns of customers. Majority of the customers are concerned about their personal information being used for analysis. Despite all these challenges many companies are switching towards Big Data Analytics as they know that this is the future and it will help them in achieving their desired targets by using the data and then transforming that data into insights which can then be used for decision making and can help the business flourish through its analysis.
Many leading E-Commerce firms are using this technique to generate revenue from their data and target only specific audience which will buy their product. Analysis of their product can be done based on the customer reviews on their portal or from their social media pages which can provide better understanding for their product’s review and its outcome. Once Big Data Analytics scope is defined, its types and challenges are understood then Big Data Analytics application will bring massive rewards for the company and it will maximize the sales and boost up the revenue.
