The research highlights some of the major problems and challenges at HBL for implementing CRM as well as their possible solutions. The purpose of this research is to gain some exploratory foothold giving qualitative insight into the topic area therefore a detailed qualitative research would not be required. For this purpose of qualitative research a questionnaire was administered to the employees of the organization.
