Executive Summary

The research highlights some of the major problems and challenges at HBL for implementing CRM as well as their possible solutions. Program: EMBA Photocopying is prohibited. To be used within library premises The purpose of this research is to gain some exploratory foothold giving qualitative insight into the topic area therefore a detailed qualitative research would not be required. For this purpose of qualitative research a questionnaire was administered to the employees of the organization.
