Successful organizations are increasingly relying on knowledge-intensive processes managed and operated by interdisciplinary teams through systematic approach. To achieve this ultimate goal for making Wateen Telecom number one operator in industry a new version of systemic approach has been adopted by enterprise business unit known as Enterprise Project Management process through CRM system. Purpose of this process is to streamline whole process in a systemic way so that each & every activity can be tracked & monitored through system generated report.
Systemic approach for managing project activities has following benefits:
- Track record for each deployment activity
- TAT & KPIs definition
- Automated reports as per user requirements
- Elimination of email instruction
- Proper check on temporary intrusions
- Check and balance on revenue leakage.
- Timely NMS update
By keeping all these factors in consideration, we have developed the whole systematic process for Wateen Telecom and convert this process into the online CRM system for the effective implementation of the process.
