The purpose of this project is to streamline whole process in a systemic way so that each & every activity can be tracked & monitored through system generated report. Keeping factors like: track record fro each deployment activity, TAT & KPIs definition, automated reports as per user requirements, elimination of email instruction, proper check on temporary intrusions; in consideration , the whole systematic process for Wateen Telecom has been developed and converted into online CRM system for the effective implementation of the process. Program: EMBA Photocopying is prohibited. To be used within library premises Methodology: The method adopted for this research is a qualitative research method, Focus Group , Questionnaire and interviews.
