Executive Summary

The focus of this research is on the youth market and their acceptability and characteristics towards banking industry. It is a study of different payment methodologies and the appeal to the youth market. Influential impact and readiness of youth to act as influencers would also be studied as part of this report. Data collection was done through a web-based survey form because of the convenience of data collection and coding.
