Executive Summary
The overall job satisfaction statistics in Standard Chartered Bank shows a reflection of good management and motivated employees. This may be the one reason of successful bank operation in Pakistan.
The areas like Pay rate, promotions and working hours needs further corrective action by SCB management.In order to facilitate the SCB management a step to support Human Resource and top management by this research report. Subsequently, in continuation of this effort employees of SCB head office were surveyed and following research project was finalized with an statement.
"Analyzing job satisfaction level and its impact on employees at Standard Chartered Bank"
For conducting this research It was finalized to do an Exploratory Research by adopting primary tools i.e. focus groups and questionnaire survey questionnaire. The response from focus group helps in developing the survey questionnaire which was the direct source of data collection and assessing our objective.
