Executive Summary

The research at hand involves the consumer satisfaction with the hospitality sector within the country where the target market was three top hotels within the country. The problem statement that was created in order to evaluate this satisfaction level of customers, was, study of customer satisfaction variables within the Pakistani hospitality sector which would help build and improve customer satisfaction within the country. To be used within library premises Methodology: In order to conduct this study, the methodology chosen includes both primary and secondary research where literature review would be used as the qualitative medium and questionnaire survey would be used as the medium for quantitative, primary research.
