Executive Summary
The scope of Sindh public procurement act 2009 & the Sindh public procurement rules, 2010 made there under extends to the whole of Sindh & as such all the departments & offices of Sindh government, defined as procuring agencies (PA) are required to follow these rules while making acquisition of goods, services or construction of any works. This study is therefore an effort in this regard to identify issues & problems of procuring agencies. Program: EMBA Photocopying is prohibited. To be used within library premises. Methodology: The resaerch is undertaken by thoroughly examining the Sindh Public Procurement rules 2010. Interviews from officers of Sindh Public Procuremnt Regulatory authority ( SPPRA) & the procuring agencies are conducted to know the gaps in the law.
