This report emphasizes on the advantages associated with the diversifying the portfolio of Lotte in confectionery and food business in Pakistan as there are ample opportunities available for Lotte. Despite the fact that group has its own strengths and weaknesses. The SWOT analysis of the group reveals that Lotte can expand itself in the food and confectionery market in Pakistan, and with population of 180 million, that can become target market by appropriately devising the international corporate strategy for Pakistan.
